This policy covers the Kosu Apps website and our apps, Car Care Notifier, Pillowy and Volleyball Hero.

The short version
Kosu Apps is built privacy-first. Your data lives on your device, not on our servers. We don't require accounts, we don't track you, we don't run ads, and we never sell your information. That's the whole idea.

Who we are
Kosu Apps is an independent app studio operated by Szymon. You can reach us any time at szymon.kosu@gmail.com. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Kosu Apps.
Information stored on your device
All three apps keep the information you create entirely on your own device, using your phone's local storage. This stays with you and is not transmitted to us:
- Car Care Notifier — your vehicles, service items, dates, odometer readings, and reminder settings.
- Pillowy — your name (if you choose to enter one), your selected preferences, and your night-streak progress.
- Volleyball Hero — your club name and kit, tutorial and challenge progress, Career and Nations progress, match history, statistics, and game settings.
Because this data is stored locally, deleting the app removes it. We have no copy and cannot recover it for you.
Information we do not collect
- No account or sign-up is required to use any Kosu app.
- We do not collect your name, email, or contacts for our own use.
- We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs to profile you.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information. Ever.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, reminders are scheduled locally on your device. Car Care Notifier uses them to remind you before a service is due; Pillowy may remind you before a free trial ends. These notifications are generated on your device and their content is not sent to us. Volleyball Hero does not request notification permission.
Subscriptions & payments (Pillowy Plus)
Pillowy offers an optional paid subscription, Pillowy Plus. Purchases and billing are handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play, and subscription status is managed through our payments provider, RevenueCat. We never see or store your card details. Your store's own privacy policy governs the payment itself. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your app store account settings.
Device permissions
The apps request only what they need to function — for example, permission to send notifications in apps that offer reminders. You can grant or revoke these at any time in your device settings. The current Volleyball Hero Android build requests no permissions.
This website
This site is a simple set of static pages. It does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts to render the page; their use is subject to Google's policies.
Children's privacy
Our apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the apps evolve. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above. Significant changes will be reflected here.
