Privacy Policy

Who we are

Volleyball Hero is developed and published by Kosu Apps, an independent studio operated by Szymon. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Kosu Apps.

Scope

This policy applies to the current version of Volleyball Hero. It describes information handled by the game and the third-party advertising, consent and store services integrated into it. Your mobile operating system and app store may also process information under their own privacy policies.

Information stored on your device

Volleyball Hero saves the information needed to preserve your game and preferences in the operating system's private app storage. This local data may include:

• Tutorial completion, challenge stars and other progression.
• League of Nations progress, fixtures, results and placement.
• Your Career country and the club name you choose to enter.
• Your club kit design and colours, squad, lineup, training, fixtures, standings, match history, statistics and injuries.
• Sound, optional haptic feedback, input-assist and graphics-quality preferences.
• A local record of whether permanent Pro features are unlocked.

This information is used only to run the game and restore your progress. It is not sent to Kosu Apps or shared with another company.

Information Kosu Apps does not collect directly

• No account, sign-in, email address or online profile is required.
• No precise location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos or external files are requested by the game.
• Kosu Apps does not operate a server that receives your saved career, team or gameplay data.
• Kosu Apps does not receive your payment-card details.
• Kosu Apps does not sell or rent your personal information.

Network access and third-party services

Volleyball Hero uses network access for optional rewarded advertising, consent management, store purchases and restore checks, and opening external policy or support pages. It does not offer accounts, social features or developer-operated cloud saves.

The game uses the Godot engine, Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), Google's User Messaging Platform, and Apple App Store or Google Play purchase services. These providers may process information as described below and under their own policies.

Rewarded advertising and consent

The free version uses Google AdMob to load optional rewarded ads. Google's User Messaging Platform is used to request consent where required and to provide privacy choices. Depending on your region, consent, device settings and Google's configuration, Google may process:

• Coarse location, such as an approximate location inferred from an IP address.
• Device identifiers.
• Advertising data, including ads displayed and interactions with them.
• Product interaction data.
• Performance, crash and other diagnostic data.

These data may be used for third-party advertising, developer advertising or marketing, analytics, ad delivery, fraud prevention, security and consent management. Google's iOS SDK privacy manifest states that Device ID may be linked to you and used for tracking as Apple defines that term. Volleyball Hero does not request precise location and does not currently request permission to access Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA). Google may use other identifiers and signals subject to its policies, your consent and device settings.

You can reopen Google's privacy form from Options > Privacy Choices whenever Google reports that the form is required. You can also change privacy and advertising settings on your device. If consent is required and is not granted, the game does not request a rewarded ad.

Haptic feedback

If haptics are enabled, the game may ask your device to vibrate after certain actions. This happens locally. Volleyball Hero does not read information from the vibration hardware, and you can turn haptics off in the game settings.

Purchases

The optional permanent Pro purchase is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. The store handles your store account, payment method, purchase history, tax and fraud-prevention information under its own policy. Volleyball Hero checks the store's transaction or entitlement result to unlock and restore Pro, and keeps a local entitlement record. Kosu Apps does not receive your payment-card details and does not operate a purchase server.

Sharing, sale and third-party retention

Kosu Apps does not sell your personal information. Information is sent to Google only as needed for the advertising and consent services described above, and to Apple or Google through platform purchase services. These providers determine their own retention periods and may process information in countries other than your own under their policies and legal safeguards.

Data security

Your saved game is kept in the app's private storage and protected by the security controls of your mobile operating system. Because the game does not transmit saved career and team data to Kosu Apps, we do not hold a server copy and cannot view or recover it. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

Retention and deletion

Local game data remains on your device until you reset or abandon the relevant game mode, clear Volleyball Hero's app storage in your device settings, or uninstall the game. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes the game's local copy. Device or app-store backups, if you enable them, are controlled by the relevant platform provider.

Because Kosu Apps does not receive the local game data, there is no server-side game profile for us to access, export or delete. Google, Apple and Google Play retain information they process according to their own policies.

If you contact us

If you voluntarily email us, we receive the email address and message you send. We use them only to answer your request and manage related support correspondence. This communication happens outside Volleyball Hero and is not linked to an in-game profile. You may ask us to delete a support conversation by emailing the address above, subject to any legal record-keeping requirements.

Children's privacy

Volleyball Hero is a general-audience sports game and is not directed at children under 13. The app does not knowingly ask children for names, email addresses or other contact information. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us in a support email, please contact us so we can address it.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of personal information. You can remove local game data by clearing the app's storage or deleting the app. Because Kosu Apps does not operate accounts or a gameplay-data server, we normally have no copy of that local data. Ad-related requests may need to be directed to Google, and purchase or store-account requests to Apple or Google.

Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy when Volleyball Hero or its service providers change. The effective date at the top will show when the policy was last changed.
